Is it just me or do they just don't get it. In order to sell your home you must do three things:
Price the home right! I suggest using Prudential's Value Range Marketing approach
Market the home accordingly. Tiny little Ad's in newspapers & lawn signs are not enough
Maximize the exposure. The amount of attention a property gets is in direct correlation to the commission being offered. Higher Commissions = More Exposure; Low Commissions = No or Little Exposure
Why else do you think the house has not sold?
